The Winchester MC Show

Though we stood out amongst the bolt together customs and the illuminated goldwings, it was a good time. Lowside showed up for a bit... the pic is Rich's better side.

Varuns new exhaust.

This is made from a four to one that came with the bike, a vance and hines cone, and a some random baffle i found in a pile of parts. I angled the collector of the 4-1 up a bit and moved it down to make clearance for the brake pedal. It almost looks like it was meant to go together Hah!

The engine work continues

The fins turned out nicely. I also found a little bit of time (4 hours) to clean and rebuild the carbs and boil the boots in wintergreen oil. Tomorrow its time to scrub and shine the covers. Eat your heart out Varooooon!

Reshaped and polished fins

For the Varun bike. Why did I do that!?! Some of the fins were broken so I made that part dissappear and realigned what was left. The polishing though... I have a problem.

Shiny= Niiiice.

50 lbs of paint removed.

There was white house paint all over the fins. Too many hours into this cleaning.

Varun's Cafe: Time for teardown

Installed rearsets, new oil tank, reglassed the seat pan, integrated the speedo into the headlight, made electrics mounts and modified the rear of the frame, shaved down the top tree, bla bla bla. 60 hours of work so far and its ready for cleaning, prep, and paint.

Pinstripe Chris is coming up with the paint scheme and im positive that it will be amazing.
